LRC RESERVE BALLOT

Dear Lighthouse Owner,

2024 will be an important year for the resort. In addition to votng for your board of directors,

we need you to vote on the important issue of reserve funding and utilization.

Due to the current condition of the property, it is the Board’s recommendation that no

additional reserve funding be provided for the 2024 fiscal year. Furthermore, we recommend

that the existing reserves be utilized for reconstruction.
